Join Jessica every Monday for a Late Spring 5 week course of two 45 minute online classes. This course starts on Monday 21st April and runs each week until 19th May 2025.

These classes can be taken together for a full 90 minute practice, or one selected over the other depending on the students’ preferences that day. The classes can be joined live or practiced on demand as many times as you like for 30 days after the recording.

Jessica’s classes are accessible, informative and inspiring. The vinyasa course looks at building strength and flexibility in the side body - building towards some exciting and nourishing poses. Yin Yoga explores balance with the Wood element from TCM, breathwork and meditation.

Each unique person’s body is supported with options and variations. Please notify Jessica in advance of any injuries, illness or conditions so she can communicate in advance and in private with you on how to get the most from the classes.
