13:30-14:00: Welcome, introduction to the retreat theme
14:00-15:30: Vinyasa yoga - a whole body practice
15:30-16:15: Indian tea ceremony with Mulberry Tales and nutritious snacks with recipes
14:15-15:30: Yin, meditation, breathwork.
