Vinyasa Yoga 5 week course
Join Jessica online for a live 5 week vinyasa course. This course starts on Monday 21st April until 19th May 2025.
The classes will be on Mondays 12:00-12:45 which you can join live on zoom, or practice on demand as many times as you like, when you like (the recording is available for 30 days after the class).
The Late Spring course will focus on side bending postures - strengthening and stretching the side body, neck, outer hip and leg. We will build towards some beautiful poses such as Gomukasana, Side crow, Vashistasana and Vishvamitrasana which come in ALL VARIATIONS to suit ALL BODIES from easy to complex!
